IMPACTNOW is a resource platform that has emerged out of ongoing initiatives aimed at Social Sector Development Programs.
It is also a platform for generating better understanding and fostering collective action on critical issues and emerging priorities such as sustainable livelihoods, violence against women, sanitation, financial inclusion and governance of social development programs and welfare schemes.
It brings diverse expertise and experiences from the ground from different segments with a thrust on the social inclusion of the vulnerable and marginalized groups. We are committed to support Social Sector initiatives of our various partners by providing technical support, training, and hand holding to learn and benefit from innovations centered around the adopted themes already underway.
IMPACTNOW brings together the Organisations who are the drivers of Social Transformation Initiatives and Service Providers who can cater to different needs of these initiatives. We Cause, Implement, and Monitor the deployment of these initiatives..
IF these Initiatives have no commercial implications - we render our services in a pro-bono capacity. If they have a commercial model - we work on a project fee basis.
Ajay has been associated with the Development Sector for the past 20 years. Has had professional association for over three decades in various capacities with large organizations such as Microsoft Corporation, The World Bank, GIZ, Delhi Government, Crompton Greaves, the Sagem-Orga Smart Chip Joint Venture (SAFRAN) - with more than 20 years in senior management positions; with a focus on selling, creating and implementing large state and national level programs; most of which have been unique in their scope.
With his keen academic interest, Aakash is associated with various Institutes for coaching and content. Have recently concluded content of Career Development & Analytical Skills Course for TISS (NUSSD). Has also been certified as Master Trainer from NSDC in his current role as Project Head with TISS.In his last role he was Head of HR Distribution for Future Generali Life Insurance. He has also been associated as visiting faculty with Institutes like TISS, PIBM, ICFAI (IBS), SIBM, NMIMS and more.
Dr Shaily Bhashanjaly is a Doctorate in Sociology and holds a post-graduate diploma in Management. She has been visiting professor at Management colleges and Universities. She also holds a diploma in Rural development and has been active in the development sector, working at grassroots as well as policy level, on themes such as gender, inclusiveness, education, women and child development, poverty. She has also been working on convergence of various themes and issues for the upliftment of the vulnerable.
